What the ??

Why 'WTF" ?

Honestly, rather than the common extensions such as .com, .net or .info, we wanted to stand out in the crowd. Although that domain extension is rarely used, it definitely is memorable.

We contend the the “WTF” extension means With The Facts. We aim to empower Coloradans with a fact-based, accessible website, cutting through the confusion and whining; researching facts and offering solid solutions.

What's with the Praying Mantis?

The praying mantis is a remarkable insect known for its distinctive “praying” posture, fierce hunting skills, and unique biological features. Mantids are Praying Mantisambush predators and use their excellent camouflage to blend with leaves or branches, making them masters of disguise. They rely on their exceptional vision, being one of the few insects able to see in 3D, and can turn their heads up to 180 degrees to spot prey. Praying mantises play a role in controlling pest populations, making them beneficial for gardeners and farmers. They are admired for their stealth and predatory abilitieswithin their ecosystems. Praying mantises are fascinating creatures, blending intriguing appearance, hunting prowess, and evolutionary adaptations that set them apart in the insect world.

Adapting these qualities to the authors’ of this website and podcast, this is how we intend to align ourselves with this insect that has been around for over 135 million years, dating back to the era of dinosaurs. And, yes, some people refer to us as dinosaurs.

  • We hunt down the facts of issues affecting the citizens of Colorado.  We seek honesty and transparency from the elected “officials” of this State and the United States in general.
  • We will call out the political predators and use our excellent camouflage to blend in with those who intend to undermine the citizens.
  • We have a vision of positive outcomes by researching facts and getting to solutions rather than just join the whining choir.
  • We stand strong in what can and should be for the future of Colorado and these United States
  • We will watch from every angle to ensure our Constitutional rights are not tread upon.

We hope you will join us on this journey and encourage others to connect and supplement us as we seek for the truth without fear.
